Adauxi is a small but growing firm.  The practice was founded in 2011 and is led by Neville Pearson.

We are qualified accountants, with extensive practical experience of business and accounting.

About Neville Pearson

Neville was born and grew up in Australia.  After completing his degree he embarked on his accountancy career with KPMG, during which time he placed in the Top 3 in the State of Victoria in his chartered accountant exams.

Neville's formative professional years were spent working with owner-managed businesses, whom he assisted with all financial, accounting, tax and advisory matters.  He also worked on a major industry reform and privatisation project.

After 7 years with KPMG Melbourne, Neville transferred to London where he spent a further 5 years with KPMG. His experience included fundraisings, turnarounds, government contracts and refinancings.

He then spent 4 years running a personal property company and managing a private food business.

Neville then spent several years working in senior finance roles in financial services companies, focussing on maximising returns and the quality of financial information.

Most recently, Neville has been CFO of an energy trading and investment management group where he has gained extensive experience of international taxation, fund structures, as well as implementing financial processes and controls to support day-to-day operations.
